Purpose:  Meeting to appoint Board Positions and Fire Commission seats for the 2025 calendar year.

Michelle Shaw, Board :  Rob Thomas, Board President:  Jaren Kilian, Fire Chief:  Josh Gobel, Board Secretary 

• Township Business
  • Election of Board Officers for the 2025 Calendar Year

• President: Michele ShawRob Thomas Motioned / Josh Gobel 2^nd  Carried

• Secretary:  Josh GobelMichele Shaw Motioned/  Rob Thomas 2^ndCarried

• Other:  Rob Thomas accepted remaining position

• Fire Department Business:
  • Appointment of Fire Commissioner seats for Clay Township- Trustee O’Brien

• 2025 Seat 1:  Sean O’Brien  – all in favor – carried

• 2025 Seat 2:  Josh Gobel -all in favor – carried
