the Board.

- Minutes from previous meetings, January 7th & January 23rd, March 20th, 2025 review and approve
- Minutes will be caught up, reviewed and approved at next meeting

- Web Site Update- George Ewald & Michelle Shaw
- We are happy to announce we have a base site up and are sending photos and documents to Taylor at TJ Marketing. Michelle and George hope to have our site up, running and public ready by July 2025

- CIP for Township/Park/Cemeteries
- George, Derrik and Sean will be working closely together to update and finalize a formal Capital Improvement Plan for the Township and Rainy Day Funds
- Clay Park Update – Derrik DeCraene
- Storm Damage 03/30/2025- the cemeteries both lost large trees and Watson’s Tree service will be beginning the clean up asap

- Phone calls made to Steve Gazdick & Mylinda Traversa
- Next Steps…Sean suggested that we contact Pete and come up with a letter demanding they remove their equipment/structures from our land. Amy Drake will find out how much of the land at Heathwin was sold with the building. There are 82 acres total, but news stories have suggested that all of the property was not sold with the building.
- Yoga In The Park will now be called “Saturdays In The Park” Tentative dates for puppet shows etc. will be 05/17, 06/14, 07/12 and 08/09
- Veterans Group will be doing “retired flag ceremonies” twice in summer of 2025
